Email Ingestion
Every Veronese account has a unique upload email address. Send any audio attachment to that address and Veronese will create and transcribe an episode automatically.
Find your upload address
Section titled “Find your upload address”Your upload address is shown in Settings → Email Upload. It looks like:
u{id}-{token}@uploads.veronesebook.comThis address is unique to your account. Keep it private — anyone with the address can submit audio to your account.
How to use
Section titled “How to use”- Compose a new email from any email client.
- Attach an audio file (MP3, M4A, WAV, etc.).
- Send to your upload address. The subject line becomes the episode title.
The episode will appear in your dashboard within seconds. Transcription starts automatically if you have sufficient credit.
Series assignment
Section titled “Series assignment”Emailed episodes are added to your default Series. You can reassign the episode to a different Series after it’s created.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Symptom | Likely cause |
|---|---|
| Episode not appearing | Email is still routing; wait 30–60 seconds |
Episode stuck in ingesting | Audio attachment could not be parsed |
Episode moves to failed | Insufficient credit balance |
If an episode fails, you’ll receive an email notification with details.
